1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Aisobotics services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Aisobotics provides AI automation and business process automation services including but not limited to: • AI process automation • Strategy consulting • Custom AI development • Data analytics • Cloud integration • Performance optimization services Our services are available for businesses in Morocco and globally.
3. User Obligations
You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when requested • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities
4. Service Delivery
Aisobotics will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as described in project agreements. Timelines and deliverables are estimates and may be subject to change based on project complexity and client cooperation. Any changes to scope will be documented and agreed upon by both parties.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payments are due according to project milestones or monthly subscriptions. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All prices are in the currency specified in the agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship. This includes but is not limited to: • Business processes • Data • Trade secrets • Project details Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services.
7. Data Protection
We comply with Moroccan data protection laws (CNDP) and international standards. Client data is processed solely for the purpose of providing agreed services. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aisobotics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Service Warranties
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or ROI unless explicitly stated in writing. All services are provided "as is" except as specifically warranted in service agreements.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur in case of: • Material breach of terms • Non-payment • Illegal activities Upon termination, client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
11. Changes to Terms
Aisobotics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
