AI workshop for your company: how it works and what to expect

Topics by audience, how a session runs, what your teams can do afterwards, and 5 questions to prepare your AI workshop.

Your teams hear about AI every day, but many still don't know what to actually do with it in their work. An AI workshop for your company closes that gap: in one hands-on session, your people go from curiosity to practices they can apply the very next day. Here is how we run it, and what you can expect.

Why a workshop instead of a lecture-style training

A lecture-style training explains what AI is. A workshop shows what it does on your own tasks.

The difference shows quickly. After a general presentation, many participants go back to their desks and change nothing. After a workshop, they leave with examples tested on cases they know: a customer email to write, a report to summarize, an Excel sheet to clean up, code to review.

A workshop means:

  • live demos on real tools, not screenshots;
  • exercises that everyone does on their own computer;
  • open questions, including doubts and concerns;
  • content tailored to your business, not a generic program.

The interactive format has another benefit: it brings real obstacles to the surface. A team may discover during the session that it is not allowed to use a given tool, or that its documents are scattered across shared folders and WhatsApp threads. Better to find out early.

Choosing topics for your audience

The same workshop does not suit everyone. We tailor the topics to the people in the room.

Executives

The goal is to make decisions. What AI can do for your company, what it does poorly, where the risks are, and where to start. Typical topics:

Business teams

Sales, accounting, HR, customer service. Here, the goal is to save time on repetitive tasks. Typical topics:

  • AI assistants in daily work: writing, summarizing, rephrasing, translating, analyzing a spreadsheet;
  • an assistant built on your own documents, to query your procedures, contracts, or product sheets;
  • good habits for checking an answer and protecting confidential information.

Technical teams

Developers, data teams, IT managers. The goal is to build better and faster, without losing quality. Typical topics:

  • developing with AI agents such as Claude Code: handing off a task, reviewing the result, staying in control of the code;
  • building an assistant on your own documents;
  • integrating AI into your existing tools while keeping control over your data.

In December 2025, we ran the workshop "Programming with AI agents" for the development team at MRK Systeme, a German robotics and automation company. The session focused on programming with AI agents, Claude Code in particular. In Morocco or abroad, our approach stays the same: start from the team's real work.

What a typical session looks like

Every workshop follows the same steps, from the first conversation to the follow-up.

  1. Discovery call. We talk about your business, your teams, the tools you already use, and what you expect from the session. This call is free.
  2. Tailored program, approved by you. We send you a program built for your audience. You review it, ask for changes, then approve it. The duration and number of participants are agreed on together at this stage.
  3. Interactive session. Online or at your premises. We alternate live demos, hands-on exercises, and Q&A. The examples come from your line of work, not from a textbook.
  4. Next steps. At the end, we review with you what was covered, the use cases identified during the session, and options for going further.

What your teams can do afterward

A good workshop is judged by what changes the next day. Depending on the topics chosen, your teams can:

  • write clear requests to an AI assistant and get usable answers;
  • spot the tasks where AI saves time, and those where it adds nothing;
  • check an answer before using it, instead of taking it at face value;
  • tell apart the information they can share from what must stay in-house;
  • for developers, hand off a task to an AI agent, review its work, and stay responsible for the code they ship.

They also know what AI does not do. That matters as much as the rest: a team that knows a tool's limits uses it with more confidence, and makes fewer mistakes.

Prepare a workshop in 5 questions

Before our first conversation, take a few minutes to answer these questions. They help us build a useful program from the start.

  1. Who is attending? Executives, business teams, developers, or a mix of all three.
  2. Which tasks take up the most time for your teams today? Customer follow-ups, reports, data entry, searching through documents, writing code.
  3. Which tools do you already use? Email, office suite, business software, AI tools some colleagues have already tried.
  4. What rules apply to your data? Customer information, personal data, confidential documents.
  5. What do you expect at the end of the session? A team that understands what is at stake, concrete daily practices, or a list of projects to launch.

Setting up your workshop

An AI workshop for your company is useful when it starts from your reality: your teams, your tools, your constraints. We run it online or on site, for companies in Morocco and abroad.
